Cancellation & Refund Policy for TechView365

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service requests within 2 hours of placing an order without incurring any charges.
To cancel, clients must send a cancellation request to cancellation@techview365.com with the order details.
Cancellations made after 1 hr will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value to compensate for the time and resources allocated to the project.


Refund Policy

If work has not commenced on the client's project, a full refund will be issued within 10 days of cancellation.
In the event that work has begun, the refund amount will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within [Insert number of days] business days after the cancellation request is approved.
For completed projects, refunds are not typically provided. However, if there is a significant discrepancy between the delivered service and the agreed-upon project scope, clients may submit a refund request within [Insert time frame] days of project completion for review.


Non-refundable Services

Certain services, such as domain registration, hosting services, and third-party services, may be non-refundable as per the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

All refund requests will be reviewed by our team, and clients will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund request.
