Questions
- Our Mumbai D2C brand already sells on its own website. Can the app use the same products and orders?
- It is often possible, but linking the app to an existing store is extra work, agreed in your quote. If your store runs on WooCommerce, Shopify or a custom system with an API, the app can usually read the same catalogue and send orders to the same place, so stock is not managed twice. - Can a Mumbai restaurant or cloud kitchen take delivery orders through its own app?
- Yes. The app can show your menu, take the order, let the customer pin their address on a map and pay online. Payments and maps both come with the Premium plan. The app handles orders; delivery itself is done by your own riders or a delivery partner you choose. You can also limit orders to the areas you serve.
- You are in Bihar and we are in Mumbai. How do we sit together on the app design?
- We don't need to be in the same room. There are no in-person meetings and no Mumbai office; our team works from Bhagalpur. We post each screen design in your workspace, you comment on it in chat, and we go through the flow together on a video call with the screen shared. It also saves you travel time across Mumbai.
- Can buyers book site visits for our Mumbai housing project inside the app?
- Yes. Buyers pick a project, choose a date and time slot and get a confirmation. Your sales team sees every booking in the admin panel and can confirm or reschedule it, and push notifications remind the buyer a day before. This usually fits the Standard plan, which includes the backend, admin panel and push notifications.
- Will the app work on Android and iPhone?
- Yes, from the Standard package. The Basic package is Android only; iPhone can be added later.
- Do I need developer accounts?
- Yes. Google Play and Apple accounts should be in your name; we help you create them.
- Can you take over an existing app?
- Often, yes. Share the code and we review it first, then quote.
- Can I add extras to a package?
- Yes. An extra revision is ₹499, and faster delivery, when the schedule allows, costs 30% more than the package price. Extras are agreed and added to your invoice before work starts.
- What do you need from me to start?
- A short description of the app, any sketches or reference apps, and your Play Store and App Store accounts. Delivery days start once we have your content and access.
