Questions
- Our Delhi NCR business will rely on the app every day. Who looks after it after launch?
- The Premium plan includes 3 months of support after launch. For Basic and Standard, or once those 3 months end, ongoing updates are available on a monthly plan that we quote separately. These cover things like keeping the app working with new Android and iPhone versions. Server costs and store account fees are paid by you.
- Many of our customers in Delhi NCR prefer Hindi. Can the app's screens be in Hindi?
- Yes. We can build the app with Hindi text, or with a switch between Hindi and English. Two languages take extra work, so that is agreed in your quote. Hindi is one of our working languages, so we can help with the wording of buttons and menus. On the Standard plan, whatever your staff post through the admin panel, such as notices, can be typed in Hindi too.
- How will people in our Noida office try the app before it goes live?
- We send test builds as the work progresses. Android testers install through a Play Store testing link or a file we share, and iPhone testers use Apple's TestFlight. Your team tries the app on their own phones and reports problems in the workspace chat, with screenshots if possible. We fix them before publishing.
- Our Gurugram company pays vendors only by bank transfer against an invoice. Does that work for you?
- Yes. Nothing is charged online. We send an invoice: 50% to start and the rest on delivery. You can pay by bank transfer or UPI. Your accounts team gets an invoice for each payment, so it fits a normal vendor process.
- Will the app work on Android and iPhone?
- Yes, from the Standard package. The Basic package is Android only; iPhone can be added later.
- Do I need developer accounts?
- Yes. Google Play and Apple accounts should be in your name; we help you create them.
- Can you take over an existing app?
- Often, yes. Share the code and we review it first, then quote.
- Can I add extras to a package?
- Yes. An extra revision is ₹499, and faster delivery, when the schedule allows, costs 30% more than the package price. Extras are agreed and added to your invoice before work starts.
- What do you need from me to start?
- A short description of the app, any sketches or reference apps, and your Play Store and App Store accounts. Delivery days start once we have your content and access.
