We build the store from Bhagalpur, Bihar, and handle everything online. Drop your product list and photos into your TechView365 workspace. Then we set up payments, delivery and tax settings with you over a video call. You can chat in Hindi or English, and we reply in Indian working hours.
Basic is ₹24,999 for up to 50 products, ready in about 12 days. Standard is ₹49,999 for up to 300 products, with courier integration, coupons, GST invoices and sales reports. Premium, ₹1,49,999, adds a custom checkout, inventory or ERP integration and WhatsApp order updates. Buyers can pay by UPI, card or cash on delivery.

Starting prices in Indian rupees. The final price is agreed with you before work starts, and GST is added for clients in India where applicable. Nothing is charged online: you pay 50% to start and the rest on delivery, by invoice. In India by UPI or bank transfer; from abroad by international bank transfer or PayPal.

Questions
- Our Mumbai label runs sales around Ganeshotsav and Diwali. Can the store handle sale prices and discount codes?
- Yes, on the Standard store, which includes coupons and offers. You can set sale prices on chosen products for fixed dates, and create codes such as a set amount off above an order value, or free delivery on a first order. Sale prices end on the date you set. The Basic store doesn't include coupons, so choose Standard if sales are a regular part of your plan.
- We sell from a Mumbai warehouse and on marketplaces too. Can the store's stock stay in sync?
- The store keeps its own stock count on every plan. To sync it with the software you already use for inventory or accounts, you need the ERP, CRM or inventory integration in the Premium plan. Marketplace syncing depends on which tools you use, so we check your setup on the free 15-minute call before promising anything.
- I'm always on the move in Mumbai. Can I handle store orders from my phone?
- Yes. The admin panel opens in your phone's browser, so you can see new orders, mark them packed or shipped, and change stock or prices between meetings. You also get an order email as soon as someone buys, so you know straight away. Bigger jobs, like adding many products at once, are easier on a laptop.
- My Mumbai customers mostly message on WhatsApp. Can they get order updates there?
- Yes, WhatsApp order updates are part of the Premium store. Customers get messages when an order is placed, shipped and delivered. This uses the official WhatsApp Business API, and WhatsApp's message charges are billed to your account by the provider, separate from our invoice. On Basic and Standard, order updates go by email.
- WooCommerce or custom?
- WooCommerce suits most stores and is quick to launch; a custom build fits unusual workflows. We recommend one after hearing your needs.
- Can customers pay by UPI?
- Yes. We set up a payment gateway that accepts UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, in your name.
- Do you add my products?
- Yes, from a spreadsheet and photos you send. Very large catalogues are quoted separately.
- Can I add extras to a package?
- Yes. An extra page is ₹1,500, an extra revision is ₹499, and faster delivery, when the schedule allows, costs 30% more than the package price. Extras are agreed and added to your invoice before work starts.
- What do you need from me to start?
- Your logo, product spreadsheet and photos, payment gateway details and shipping rules. Delivery days start once we have your content and access.
