- We sell a real estate project in Hyderabad. Can website enquiries go straight into our sales CRM?
- Yes, with the Premium package, which includes a CRM integration. Each enquiry from the project pages lands in your CRM with the buyer's name, phone number and the page it came from, so your sales team can follow up from one place. On Starter and Business, form enquiries come to your email, and the WhatsApp button brings chats to your phone. We check which CRM you use on the free call.
- Will Telugu text on our Hyderabad website show properly on phones?
- Yes, as long as it goes in as real text, not as images. We use a font that supports Telugu script and check every page on Android phones and iPhones before handover. Real text also lets Google read your Telugu pages. The Telugu wording comes from you or your translator, since our team writes in Hindi and English, and each Telugu page counts toward your package's page limit.
- We run a coaching institute in Hyderabad. How will parents and students contact us through the site?
- Every course page gets an enquiry form and a WhatsApp button, so a parent can ask about batches and fees in one tap. You can list admission dates, timings and a gallery of your centre. Form enquiries reach your email and WhatsApp chats reach your phone, so your front desk can reply quickly.
- We have three branches across Hyderabad. Can the website show all of them?
- Yes. Each branch can have its own section or page with the address, timings, phone number and a Google Map, so customers can pick the nearest one. - Can I update the website myself?
- Yes. From the Business package onwards you get an easy editor for text, images and blog posts, and a short walkthrough.
- Do you arrange the domain and hosting?
- Yes. We buy them in your name or use yours; their yearly cost is billed at actual cost, with no markup.
- How do payments work?
- Nothing is charged online. We agree the scope first, then you pay 50% to start and the rest on delivery; bigger projects can be split into milestones. In India you pay by UPI or bank transfer, and from abroad by international bank transfer or PayPal.
- Can I add extras to a package?
- Yes. An extra page is ₹1,500, an extra revision is ₹499, and faster delivery, when the schedule allows, costs 30% more than the package price. Extras are agreed and added to your invoice before work starts.
- What do you need from me to start?
- Your logo, the text and photos for each page (or notes we turn into text), and access to your domain if you have one. Delivery days start once we have your content and access.
