- I run a wholesale business from a Delhi market. Can my website show my range to buyers in other states?
- Yes. We can make product or category pages with photos, sizes, minimum order quantity and a WhatsApp enquiry button on each one, so a retailer in Punjab or Bihar can ask for rates without calling first. Buyers don't pay on the site. If you later want them to order and pay online, that is our e-commerce store service.
- Can you build a site for my coaching institute in Delhi with courses, batches and fees?
- Yes. A coaching site usually needs a page per course, batch timings, fee details, faculty profiles and an enquiry form. The Business plan (₹24,999, about 14 days) adds a blog where notices and exam updates can go. If you want students to book a demo class or pay online, the Premium plan covers a booking or payment integration.
- Our team is split between Gurugram and Noida. How do we all give feedback on the design?
- We share a preview link that anyone in your company can open on a phone or computer. Collect everyone's comments and post them in the workspace chat, or walk us through them on a video call. One person from your side should give the final yes, so changes don't clash. Starter includes 2 rounds of revisions, Business 3 and Premium 5.
- Do I need to meet you in Delhi before we start?
- No. We are a small team based in Bhagalpur, Bihar, and we have no office in Delhi NCR, so there are no in-person meetings. Instead, press the free 15-minute call button on this page. We'll talk about your business on a short call, and after that everything happens in your TechView365 workspace.
- Can I update the website myself?
- Yes. From the Business package onwards you get an easy editor for text, images and blog posts, and a short walkthrough.
- Do you arrange the domain and hosting?
- Yes. We buy them in your name or use yours; their yearly cost is billed at actual cost, with no markup.
- How do payments work?
- Nothing is charged online. We agree the scope first, then you pay 50% to start and the rest on delivery; bigger projects can be split into milestones. In India you pay by UPI or bank transfer, and from abroad by international bank transfer or PayPal.
- Can I add extras to a package?
- Yes. An extra page is ₹1,500, an extra revision is ₹499, and faster delivery, when the schedule allows, costs 30% more than the package price. Extras are agreed and added to your invoice before work starts.
- What do you need from me to start?
- Your logo, the text and photos for each page (or notes we turn into text), and access to your domain if you have one. Delivery days start once we have your content and access.
