- Our Hyderabad sari and jewellery store has around 200 designs. Which plan fits?
- The Standard store holds up to 300 products, so it fits a range that size. Basic holds 50 and Premium up to 1,000. A design that comes in several colours is usually set up as one product with variants, each with its own stock. We go through your range on the free call to confirm the count. Standard also adds courier integration, coupons, GST invoices and sales reports.
- We sell pickles and sweets from Hyderabad. Can we ship across India?
- Yes. The Standard plan includes courier integration, so each order can create a shipment and the customer gets tracking details. You can set shipping charges by weight or region. Food sellers need an FSSAI licence, which is on your side, and the store can show the licence number in the footer.
- We get a lot of cash on delivery requests from Hyderabad buyers. Can we limit COD?
- Yes. You can allow COD only for certain pin codes or for orders below a set amount, and switch it off everywhere else. This helps reduce returns from orders nobody picks up. UPI and card payments stay open for all customers.
- We are a wholesaler in Hyderabad and use Tally for billing. Can the store work with it?
- Often, yes. The Premium plan (₹1,49,999) includes ERP, CRM or inventory integration, so orders and stock can sync with the software you already use. How it connects depends on your Tally version and setup, so share the details early and we will check what is possible before you commit.
- WooCommerce or custom?
- WooCommerce suits most stores and is quick to launch; a custom build fits unusual workflows. We recommend one after hearing your needs.
- Can customers pay by UPI?
- Yes. We set up a payment gateway that accepts UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, in your name.
- Do you add my products?
- Yes, from a spreadsheet and photos you send. Very large catalogues are quoted separately.
- Can I add extras to a package?
- Yes. An extra page is ₹1,500, an extra revision is ₹499, and faster delivery, when the schedule allows, costs 30% more than the package price. Extras are agreed and added to your invoice before work starts.
- What do you need from me to start?
- Your logo, product spreadsheet and photos, payment gateway details and shipping rules. Delivery days start once we have your content and access.
