E-commerce store development in Delhi

Our team works from Bhagalpur, Bihar, fully online. You upload product sheets and photos to your TechView365 workspace, we set up the store, and we walk you through it on a video call in Hindi or English. Replies come during Indian business hours.
The Basic store costs ₹24,999 and holds up to 50 products with a payment gateway and order emails. For a bigger range, the Standard store (₹49,999) takes up to 300 products and adds courier integration, coupons, GST invoices and sales reports. Customers can pay by UPI, card or cash on delivery.

Starting prices in Indian rupees. The final price is agreed with you before work starts, and GST is added for clients in India where applicable. Nothing is charged online: you pay 50% to start and the rest on delivery, by invoice. In India by UPI or bank transfer; from abroad by international bank transfer or PayPal.

Questions
- Can my store be live before the Diwali shopping rush in Delhi?
- It can if we start early enough. The Basic store takes about 12 days and Standard about 21 days, counted from when your product list and photos are ready. Add a week for your own testing and a few trial orders. For Diwali, we suggest starting at least six weeks before, so you are not fixing things during the busiest days.
- I sell wholesale and retail from Delhi. Can shop owners see different prices from regular buyers?
- Yes, this is possible. Approved trade buyers log in and see wholesale rates and minimum order quantities, while everyone else sees retail prices. It needs extra setup beyond a basic store, so tell us how your pricing works on the free 15-minute call and we'll include it in your quote.
- Can I charge one delivery fee inside Delhi NCR and another for the rest of India?
- Yes. We can set delivery charges by pincode, so orders to Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad get one rate and the rest of India another. You can also offer free delivery above an order value. The Standard store adds courier integration, so shipping labels and tracking come from the courier's system instead of manual entry.
- Rates in my Delhi market change often. Can I update prices on the store myself?
- Yes. From the admin panel you can change a product's price in a minute, on a computer or a phone. When many rates change at once, a WooCommerce store also lets you update them in bulk from a spreadsheet. We show you how on a video call at handover, so you don't have to wait for us each time the market moves.
- WooCommerce or custom?
- WooCommerce suits most stores and is quick to launch; a custom build fits unusual workflows. We recommend one after hearing your needs.
- Can customers pay by UPI?
- Yes. We set up a payment gateway that accepts UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, in your name.
- Do you add my products?
- Yes, from a spreadsheet and photos you send. Very large catalogues are quoted separately.
- Can I add extras to a package?
- Yes. An extra page is ₹1,500, an extra revision is ₹499, and faster delivery, when the schedule allows, costs 30% more than the package price. Extras are agreed and added to your invoice before work starts.
- What do you need from me to start?
- Your logo, product spreadsheet and photos, payment gateway details and shipping rules. Delivery days start once we have your content and access.
