- We are a D2C brand in Bangalore already selling on marketplaces. Why build our own store?
- Your own store lets you keep customer details, run your own offers and avoid a marketplace commission on each order. You do not have to leave marketplaces. A common approach is to use them to be found and use your own site for repeat buyers and new launches. The Standard plan adds coupons and courier integration, which suit this well.
- Our Bengaluru brand has lots of product photos. Will they slow the store down?
- Not if they are prepared well. We resize and compress every product photo before it goes on the store and keep the theme light, so pages open quickly on mobile data. At handover we show your team the right size for new photos. Speed also depends on what you add later, such as very large images or many plugins, so keep an eye on those.
- We want our Bangalore store to look like our brand, not a template. Which plan does that?
- The Basic store uses a clean, mobile-friendly theme with your logo and colours. Standard is a branded store with shipping, coupons and reports. For a design made from scratch, with a custom checkout, choose Premium (₹1,49,999, about 50 days). Share a few online stores you like on the free call, and we'll tell you which level matches.
- Can I sell only within Bangalore, with same-day delivery?
- Yes. We can set the store to accept orders only from pin codes you choose and to show delivery charges by area. The delivery itself is done by you or a local delivery partner; the store collects the order, the address and the payment, and alerts you straight away.
- WooCommerce or custom?
- WooCommerce suits most stores and is quick to launch; a custom build fits unusual workflows. We recommend one after hearing your needs.
- Can customers pay by UPI?
- Yes. We set up a payment gateway that accepts UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, in your name.
- Do you add my products?
- Yes, from a spreadsheet and photos you send. Very large catalogues are quoted separately.
- Can I add extras to a package?
- Yes. An extra page is ₹1,500, an extra revision is ₹499, and faster delivery, when the schedule allows, costs 30% more than the package price. Extras are agreed and added to your invoice before work starts.
- What do you need from me to start?
- Your logo, product spreadsheet and photos, payment gateway details and shipping rules. Delivery days start once we have your content and access.
