- My Bhopal buyers send UPI screenshots on WhatsApp. Will the store confirm payments by itself?
- Yes. Every plan includes payment gateway setup, so buyers pay by UPI or card on the checkout page and the order is marked paid automatically. You and the buyer both get an order email, and nobody has to match screenshots. The gateway account is in your name, pays into your bank account and charges its own fee on each payment.
- I sell dry fruits and spices from Bhopal. Can buyers choose pack sizes like 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg?
- Yes. Each item becomes one product with pack sizes as options, and each size has its own price and stock count. Buyers pick the size before adding it to the cart. On the Standard store, the pack weight also helps work out courier charges. If one size runs out, you can mark just that size as out of stock.
- Can my Bhopal store show a separate wedding collection during the season?
- Yes. Products can sit in a 'Wedding collection' category with its own banner on the home page, while still showing in their usual categories. When the season ends, the banner can be switched off from the admin panel. If you want season discount codes as well, those come with the Standard store's coupons and offers.
- Will someone from your team visit my shop in Bhopal to take product photos?
- No. Our team is in Bhagalpur, Bihar, and we have no office or staff in Bhopal, so we cannot visit. Clear photos from a good phone, taken in daylight against a plain background, work well. We share simple tips for taking them and adjust the images before they go on the store.
