- I run a home bakery in Pune. Can the store show me which items sell most?
- Yes, on the Standard store, which includes sales reports. From the admin panel you can see orders and revenue by day, week or month, and which products sell most. That helps you plan baking for weekends and festivals. On the Basic store you still see every order in the admin panel, but not these reports.
- I make auto parts in Pune. Can buyers order spare parts online and get a proper GST invoice?
- Yes. Parts can be listed with part numbers and the vehicles they fit. Lower prices for larger quantities need extra setup, agreed in your quote. The Standard plan includes GST invoices and courier integration. If you want the store to talk to your existing inventory or ERP software, that is part of the Premium plan.
- Why does my Pune store need refund and shipping policy pages?
- Payment gateways usually check for these pages, along with terms and privacy pages, before they approve a store. Customers look for them too before paying. We add the pages to your store. The rules themselves, such as how many days you allow for returns, are your decision, so you give us the details and we set them out clearly.
- I sell on Instagram from Pune. Can my new store work together with my Instagram page?
- Yes. Every product gets its own link that you can put in your bio, stories and WhatsApp chats, so customers tap and buy instead of messaging you for the price. Orders, stock and payments then sit in one admin panel instead of being scattered across chats.

- Yes. An extra page is ₹1,500, an extra revision is ₹499, and faster delivery, when the schedule allows, costs 30% more than the package price. Extras are agreed and added to your invoice before work starts.
- What do you need from me to start?
- Your logo, product spreadsheet and photos, payment gateway details and shipping rules. Delivery days start once we have your content and access.
